carrots, give 5/6 DAB pieces, 1 teaspoon potash and 5/6 urea pieces in each

The main diseases of carrots
are yellow leaf, leaf curl and black root rot and the main enemy is
beetles. In case of the insect attack, you can spray any insecticide of
the imidacloprid and cypermethrin group. You can also spray neem oil and
washing powder with mixed water once a week. In case of any serious disease of

Harvesting Carrots
Carrots can be harvested
within 80 to 90 days after sowing. But depending on the carrot varieties,
carrot harvesting time may be more or less. And, to harvest carrots, loosen the
soil around the carrots with a spade or a trowel. Don't harvest carrots by
pulling carrot leaves. Harvesting carrots by pulling them by the leaves
can break the carrots.
Storing Carrots
Like other vegetables, carrots
can be stored for many days. The best way to store carrots is to
refrigerate them. Carrots are good for at least two to three months if they are
stored properly in the fridge.
To store carrots, wash them
thoroughly after collecting them from the market or harvesting them from the
garden. Then cut off the crown of the head of the carrots and dry them
well without sunlight. Then fill them in a polybag and close the mouth of the
bag and keep them in a separate box in the fridge. While storing carrots

When the land is well
prepared, sow the seeds by mixing carrot seeds with sand or ash. When seedlings
are 15 days old after seed germination, remove the extra seedlings from the

urea and MP fertilizer.

are one month old, apply urea and MP fertilizer on the land for the second time
and irrigate the land. Then start harvesting carrots when the seedlings are three
